Craving & releshing r different 2 things! They both r not wrong... I crave ice cream once a while, I relish it... what's wrong in it? It's not sugar, diary or gluten causes these things.. lack of awareness, misinformation & assumption... there are super fit pple eating all these with great minds in the World for sure!

Yes doctor, very true. If I want to take a consultation, how to reach out to you? Please note: I had my gallbladder removal surgery and then onwards issues started. Also during my Covid my stomach was affected. So millets don't suit me. I consulted many but it didn't work out. I also did the blood test CRP test( C reactive protein test) to check my inflammation level and it was high.

What you said doc it true. I am a patient with NAFLD... What I meant to say that I cut down those preservatives package food that helps me with my nutrition specialist Diet.. sorry to say this I am never going to trust FAASI any more.. they're saying your food is safe, but it's not. Now I am 72kg Year before my weight 85 kg with painful Fatty liver. I did that with low workout and mostly eating, lower my preservatives intake. Yes it really hard to do because everything is added preservatives. I Hope I can keep this up...🙄😬😟

It's not gargle...U need to swish it in your mouth for 10 mins and slowly increase to 20 mins.

Pple out there, it worked for vidya doesn't mean its right & might work all... let's wait & watch as to how long she could sustain weight loss... also v all like or dislike a certain food, So this new "inflammation " word gaining popularity! How can milk can be a inflammation when that's what you had mostly after mothers milk?? Meat, eggs, diary are part of human food choices, there is NO sciences studies or research or data proving these wrong! C'mon let's just be sensible, if you r allergic to a certain just don't eat it. That doesn't mean the Food is wrong! Wake up, listen to ur body not to Vidya nor the doctor or supplements!

SThere are lots of research papers proving the lactose causing inflammation. Also mother’s milk is good for her child. Same way cows milk is good for ITS OWN baby NOT HUMAN BEINGS. Not forgetting the growth hormones and antibiotics ingected in the cows and buffalos for more milk production. You can ignore all signs of inflammation and eventually land up in cancers, autoimmune diseases or major life threatening conditions.

@drrohinipatil Lactose intolerance is limited to a very small number of people... alright if you say cow's milk not good, what's shud a baby given? Considering mother's milk is limited only a couple of years...wat alternative do you hv? antibiotics r given even to chickens, So do we stop eating chickens & eggs too? Plants, fruits, vegetables r sprayed pesticides do we stop them too?? My dad landed up with blood cancer at the age of 60, he hd NO SMOKING, habit, No Alcholol, NO PAN Masala, doctors could not find why he had got it!!! WEIGHT LOSS Is a Complicated subject, you can't just blame a certain foods, there's so much out there! Vidya says she didn't know Palak & dhoodhi, NOT DHOODH didn't suit her & she didn't know it.. doesn't mean pple shud stop eating these... Anyway Ok Let us know HOW TO FIND OUT WAT Food won't suit a person...

People are not comfortable knowing milk is bad for you though it is the truth. Atleast adults should avoid it. There are lot of research showing this. My husband and I went off milk for 7 years. We are using soy milk and making yoghurt out of soy milk. My husband is 81 and I am 75. He is free from acid reflex and our diabetes under control
