Avinash as a chronic acidity patient I would advise you not to drink citrus fruits best is have lots of coconut water,watermelon juice,apple banana guava chikoo and have a huge bowl of Dahi white every meal .Also since you have heavy dose of meds try eating khicdi curd rice and totally avoid coffee Seeing Sam take care of you so lovingly is heartwarming!! Mam meri surgery hui thi right arm ki in may 2022 uske baad same symptoms hue jo avinash sir ko ho rahe hai. Mai suggest karungi apko ORS dena padega sir ko. Ye asar heavy medicines ka hai. Even after this diarrhea thing jo avinash sir ko hua hai . Food pipe me swelling bhi ho jati hai jisse lagega ki gale me kuch chipak gya hai but ye sab after surgery ke symptoms hote hai. Mai suggest karungi avinash sir ko citric froots etc mat dena. Diet me paneer bhurji add karna. Sir ko apni body ko hydrated rakhna padega aap unhe fruits, juices, paneer bhurji with simple ghar ka khana do.Kyonki dehydration feel hota hai after surgery.
