Our first major act of preparation (other than all of the endless hours of planning Maxine has done) has commenced! We need to drive our 15-passenger van to a Port to be shipped ACROSS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN! We hit some major obstacles along the way! We needed to be the the Port and to U.S Customs be 4 PM. Will we make it?! Watch to find out!

I just watched the vlog where you are practicing pushing the strollers/ suitcases. I just wanted to give you a heads up from my experience. I have 7 kids and we flew recently. Two of my tweens needed to push two suitcases each, much like you did in the practice run. They did fine on the flat parts of the airports but struggled with the inclines/ ramps of some airports after we had obtained our checked bags. You might want to have them practice going up and down inclines/ ramps and get some strategies ahead of time!

The government is so messed up. All these people working that we pay their salaries and you can never get ahold of the right person, always put on hold and then when you get ahold of someone, they don’t know anything and always send you somewhere else. Why are we paying salaries to people who don’t know anything. I pray your trip overseas is better with no hiccups, for the kids sake. Long trip I bet. Good luck. I would have been so frustrated, I would have probably given up.😂😂😂

We have rehomed the animals to local homesteads, fully vetted. And we are decided with the house still. 😬

OMG,frustrating ,in this day and age why was it not possible to scan and send the documents,or as in the end send signed photographs of the forms? I guess government departments are the same world wide.
