Rek'sai feels very good this season, she really only needs two damage items then build survivability. Also, I've been watching some challenger vids with her, the typical first route is to get raptors>Krugs>Red, then look for either a gank or go to wolves>Gromp>Blue>Raptors>Krugs back to build as much as you can into your Hydra or Shieldbreaker
