This is 100% true. When i first started, I couldn’t find shit to help me. I had to use google and then I found this vid about like some beginner shit muffins posted but it was just like general knowledge of the game, I still had to learn on my own. Only really useful thing I got outta there was levelling intervals tbh. GM now been playin for a year, really just had to keep playing and learn from my mistakes. See what your opponents are doing and the items they’re making if you’re confused and still new. Watching streams helps but i never watched a TFT streamer till i hit masters cause I needed to hit GM. Already played enough tft, cant waste time watching more tft on my free time lmfao. But just keep playing and learning. Don’t think about going from gold to plat. Think about going from gold 3 to gold 2 to gold 1. Each division is different and you’re going to have to keep learning to get better and improve/rank up because each rank is your skill level. Don’t tilt queue either.

kinda right? started in 7.5 with plat, just by looking up a comp (in my case darkflight) and forceing it every fucking game. I had no idea about the game mechanics and what it means to balance items etc. It's plat since then, even though I became much better at understanding the game. Seems that I have the same pace as everybody else. Nowadays, we got tons and tons of stats and even apps to show you the most suitable items and comps based on the data. What do you think about that? Would it be better when Riot would be more restrictive with nuance data, f.e. by removing information about portals all together from the API?
