Flawless technique

I try to be very careful with the technique especially when it's slow, so that any technical variation isn't distracting on film. Thank you

Interesting groove! My favorite online drum trainer is Drumeo. I'm a lifetime member. I'm sure that one was on the list. I also like Drum Better Daily/Stephens Drum Shed. I don't have any experience with any other paid courses.

Thank you for the feedback. I really do appreciate it, and I'm glad you like the groove!

Very well explained and exercized. The notes help a lot, too;-). Well played and very nice sounding kit! I don´t have any online drum school in particular, I do watch this kind of vids from time to time though. Cheers and tx for this!

Nice groove ! Appreciate the dynamics …. The medium speed has a very articulate “Gadd style” groove, at least to my ear.
@DrumTipTuesdayАй бұрын
Thank you for noticing the attention to dynamic detail. I work very hard on it.

Hey man this video is awesome. Is there any specific reason to switch to traditional grip? Ive always just played with match grip and im wondering if i should switch and if it would help me at all? Thanks.

It doesn't really matter. I like having the hands different, it just feels good to me. Also drum corp has been a significant influence in my life.

Should I hit the crash for a total of 32 notes to go back to 1
@DrumTipTuesdayАй бұрын
Nope just the notes that are there, bing careful to give the one16th note its full value

Fast tempo is nice but the medium tempo seems to groove better. Drum Tip Tuesday then 1 That Swedish drummer 2 Rob Brown 3 Mike Johnston

이것은 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 1년쯤 전에 만들었는데 그때도 할 수 있었는데 지금은 더 좋아졌어요. 몇 주 동안 시간을 두고 잊어버리고 나중에 다시 오세요.

I'm a beginner. Why am I seeing 31 notes
@DrumTipTuesdayАй бұрын
The open hi hat is a 16th note which contains the value of two 32nd notes. Notice how it takes twice as much time as the other notes in the beat
