Nice work you achieved an excellent stunning result. Pavers are also a great way to defeat setbacks and code/zoning issues where local regulations/rules will not allow for asphalt and or concrete surfaces. Pavers also provide a repairable surface whenever root incursion or unstable ground will cause cracking, upheaval, subsiding... just remove uneven area and relevel base as needed and reinstall pavers.

My Gosh! That really turned out gorgeous. Looks like a ton off work, even though you sped it up, but wow, really nice! I love the colors.

Would suggest using a fine sand for locking the pavers in. In MZ we use pave lock which also has cement in it.
@flippnorge710521 күн бұрын
That’s what’s normally used in my area too, but wouldn’t that hinder the drainage?

Looks great! Personally not a fan of permeable paving on walkways. I think it has a good use for parkinglots. But every jobsite where they use permeable walkways, it gets full of weeds and slippery organic material.

I'm pretty happy with the performance of my couple of Ryobi tools, BUT. My push mower only lasted about 2 years before it started eating batteries and then flat quit. I suspect the switch. The real problem came with the warranty. I put in an online claim and CLEARLY said it was the mower. Short version, I had to package and ship the whole mower, cost about 50 bucks. They sent it back, saying THEN they only fix batteries! What!? They finally replaced it, but it took 6 WEEKS in the middle of the growing season.

Wow, that looks SO much nicer than the wooden decking, and it will be require next to no maintenance. Great choice. Could pavers like that work for the actual driveway, or would you have to do a lot more reinforcing for that? We'd like to have a permeable surface driveway and haven't yet started doing the research for it, but those pavers would look fantastic!
