Interesting video. I never knew how the pay works for delivery drivers like this. I honestly thought that Walmart paid the drivers a regular pay plus what’s on the app. Maybe a lot of people dont know how it works as well and maybe thats why the tips aren’t always good. Thanks for sharing. ❤

I never do shopping orders at Walmart. I will always do shopping orders for Instacart sometime if it pays good, but I will never do shopping orders at Walmart. I will always do orders from Walmart when I pick up or when I do Sam’s Club, that’s it.

I live in a small town in Mississippi. We get 3 dropoffs for $8.00! Walmart needs to put orders together that allow the driver to make at least minimum wage. One tipper with one that does not tip is better than three customers in one trip where nobody tips. They would have fewer drivers quitting.

My bro, you are funny. Lol. Ima start tomorrow and try it out. I had a few containers I was going to use to separate the orders to make it easier. I have a good friend who makes anywhere from $1200-$1500 a week full time just doing spark and he has to deal with the people/scammers taking advantage of the system. You can def go talk to the store manager and see if they can help fix that. They did that once before down here in New Orleans and it helped clear out a good bit of them. They’ll always come back around, but it’s worth a shot to give somebody a holler inside of the Walmart and let them reach out to Spark on a corporate level. Appreciate the video man

And after the first meeting they had, I think the store manager/supervisor was requiring ID or some type of verification which is why most of the illegal immigrants went to a different store. Not a permanent solution, but helped out a little bit.
