The way you fix the FOV is by going into the settings and finding an Option Called "Smooth Camera" that makes the camera a little less shaky when you spaz out along with making the view great enough to even see your walkie talkie in at tge corner at times when you walk.

So this how I did it when I streaming Beat Saber. This is for steamvr, so you click the 3 lines, then you click on 'Display VR view'. You will get a window of what you are seeing that's the best way to do it if you want them to your POV, this will make less zoomed it and less annoying to look at.

You could also record the Steam VR view. Its a wider FOV and you can select which eye is being recorded from (default is left eye for me) that I've seen if you use smooth camera the FOV is so wide the walkie-talkie on your shoulder will show up when you walk forward because the camera is behind from the smoothing effect...

I don’t know if it’s a preference for you, but you don’t have to hold the flashlight. You can activate it then put it on your hip. Works the same for other equipment. Also, wraiths have a violent reaction to salt, so if you are dealing with a wraith, and need an escape, run for salt.
