@@kimberknutson831 How things basically don't have to be bad if you don't view everything as negative. Not saying we can't have bad days but how negativity in your conscious and heart has been holding you back on many things if not everything. And according to them, the fact that the universe doesn't fight you on it but just goes along with whatever it is you really feel really shows how we just unfortunately screw ourselves over. In short, it doesn't have to be so bad or let our imaginations become worse than our actual reality but for a variety of reasons we let ourselves down a lot. The "taking advantage of" is unbeknownst to many that we are our own worst enemy and the universe was never against us but we find it easy to blame.

​@@kimberknutson831Thats not really whats being said there. Its more that you create your own reality and circumstances with each word, each action, each thought pattern essentially. And until we become aware of it, it feels like your not in control of how you feel or your life at all in general. And its easy to blame it on external factors, other people, circumstances etc. but in the end we are always in control of our reactions to each and every thing that face us. Which means we are the creators of our life. Abracadabra - "I create as I speak" is a real ancient concept.

@Istoproductions I agree, but it is also sometimes that that ultimate control comes from completely ceding control to God, The Universe, Allah, your higher self, etc. "Jesus take the wheel," stuff like that. Ego does not like that and will fight you tooth and nail. We settle for many illusions of freedom and control. That we have control is one of the most persistent illusions. Einstein said that reality is an illusion, albeit a persistent illusion. : )
