the sonic raid mod is so difficult that they have the mod maker edit it to slightly make it easier, this was done by lessoning the cpu damage so they don't get one shot or lower the amount of stages by teaming up the enemy's on one stage

The defense up does matter because the mod is making shadow do more than the normal health amounts of damage in a hit the mod isn't specifically making shadow one shot them so by using health up and defense up they're turning a 1 shot into basically a normal fight but he still does more damage

This was my first exposure to PaperBoxHouse/Alfred's Eggman and I was DYING of Laughter, this is might be my favorite of the Lythero Raid videos, just too many moments kill me.
