@@zorigooleo I used HH's artifact search program on his site, set to prioritize first defense, then HP, then speed, then accuracy. Only matching set I ended up with was the "HP +10% and Def+10%" set (resilient, maybe? Can't remember the name.) The rest of my team is Apothecary lvl 50 (speedand crit gear), Kael lvl 60 in lifesteal gear, Godseeker Aniris (def, spd, hp), Warmaiden lvl 50 (spd and acc).

As a F2P player, time is just an illusion. Time is worthless if you don't have energy, so energy efficiency is the only thing that matters. We also don't have many multi-battles, so it's not like we could do 120 runs quickly even if we wanted to. I was worried Ultimate Deathknight was going to be low tier, but this is very exciting

I disagree. You get up to 890 energy daily plus more from weekly/bazaar/clan/etc.? If your runs of something take 10 minutes each, you're looking at 4+ hours of playing each day. Unless it's something like mino that you can just set to auto overnight, that's a lot for just the part where you're burning energy. That's not counting doom tower, FW, or arenas. I mean sure, if this is your only game or you have your phone next to you in a charger all day and can get away with occasionally pushing a button. It's nice to be able to do it at all, but time does matter.

@@vgalis Playig on mobile is not for me. PC + autoclicker and i can do all the dungeon runs that i want (especially at night time!!!). Im FTP and minotaur seems pretty garbage for me (what a wasting of energy), i can get alot of gems as FTP, i buy all my masteries for gems. I have played 94 days. Edit: I have 6 champions that has full masteries from gems.

@@hannesvr5864 You can buy ENERGY with gems, and can run minotaur 15 and get more mastery scroll for less gems... All while levelling and getting silver too. (with an Auto clicker obv). You talk about a waste of energy when GEMS are ENERGY as far as masteries are concerned and you are being the inefficient one. The only thing you are actually gaining/saving is short term time spent.

@@hannesvr5864 Ouch dude. As a F2P, you will want to conserve your gems for arena refills and energy to use during events and tournaments. Minotaur will give you both exp and mastery scrolls, so you will want to level up champions you are going to use in Minotaur. When you reach account level 50, you can trade 40 gems for 130 energy. It costs around 2,000 energy to unlock all of someone's mastery scrolls, so at account level 50 that will be around 640 gems per champion. That 2,000 energy also gives enough exp to take them from 5* level 1 to 6* level 50-60 if you're mastering 4 champs at a time. Will save you ~160 gems per champ, and net you 100+ levels of exp by running minotaur compared to gemming masteries.

It is really good how good this champ is, Plarium clearly put a lot of effort into this marketing push with him and it's nice to see it pay off. Even little things like the graphic rework on OGDK and the animations of UDK possible being the best in the game. Then on top of that he is actually really good for almost everyone except maybe the top 0.1% of players. For a company that we criticize frequently and with just cause most of the time i think it is important that we say really good job with this one Plarium. And as always, great video HH :)

I've actually been using Deliana to get me through Spider, but when it came to void I couldn't get the spiderlings on her. So I've been stuck on 12... until UDK! I stuck him in there with his regen set and it was no problem. Deliana actually helps keep him alive too.

In other words, Deliana does a lot to keep UDK alive, regardless of which one is in the lead (her 33% HP aura helps her do more damage while his 30% DEF aura does the same for him). Both auras help keep both of them, not to mention other allies, alive. 🤔

@@yungturtle7033 wow man it's been one month already ahaha! well no I haven't yet changed UDK in toxic gear to try and do the farm. Main reason being that I had him as lead for my CB team but I just recently made a new team and he's not in it (I can comfortably do 2 keys NM and 1-2 keys for the first chest of UNM). I have the toxic gear to do it so I will probably try to build him like that as soon as I have enough silver. I also since then pushed from Arena Gold 1 to Gold 5 so my bonuses and Great Hall is getting better. the only real advice I can give you is slow and steady man, eventually we'll get there.

Not sure if Drex is a good idea to mix with udk? My assumption is that Drex passive would pretty much never trigger except with aoe attacks because udk takes everything else.

Not in general terms, but the efficiency dividend kicks in when you are chasing legendary gear and levelling champs at the same time. You won't always run lvl 25 but you do have a greater chance of legendary pieces dropping, so there will be times when you'll choose to grind it for a set piece.

I threw Guardian gear on DK and while it's not the best gear, it's huge for tanking. His passive eats the single targets and guardian gear helps with AoE hits. I cannot wait to get him maxed out!!!

I put UDK in a Guardian set. Not only does he take the single target damage.. But he takes some of that AoE damage too.. Keeping the rest of the team healthy. I usually pair him with Scyl, because she is contantly throwing out a heal in addition to his.. And if UDK dies.. Scyl revives him and he is right back in the fight. And he will last long enough for her revive to become available again. The only danger comes in her using revive to bring back a food champion.. And then UDK dying the next turn, and having to wait a few turns to get him back. Mind you, I have no books on Scyl or UDK yet.. So this would probably not be such a big factor if I had them booked out. Would love to see @Hell Hades put UDK in a good Guardian set and do a video.. Cuz Im sure he would be able to tweek it better than I have.

I have a spider 25 team for you with UDK. My build was Max HP and Res (pretty much default speed) And then had Geo and Mordecai for my burners. Geo to steal spider turn meter as his opening move. Then a coldheart to use her turn meter skill on the second round. Miscreated Monster for his shield ability, but turn off his A3 so he doesn't share the damage with UDK. The high HP and shields from MM will keep UDK alive and I got a consistant run with it of 1:40-1:50 speed 100% win. Its not really versitile with other dungeon's that I've found so far with this build, no soloing like this video, but if people are struggling with spider, put a shild giving hero on for UDK with high speed to keep that up, then an AOE burner for spiderlings to deal the damage to the queen with 2 turn meter controllers. Even with high HP and very rarely the target, he'll still "take the damage" for the others. So the super high HP and DEF with shields should keep him alive the entire time. My team took zero damage and with the shields, UDK only took about 10K damage on average total. I'm a FTP btw. So this helps huge for the CVC and is just as good as my spider 20 farming team.

I have him in a immortal/regen set on one of my alts and and in a shield/immortal on the other alt while in my main I have him on bolster/immortal set he’s carried my alts through campaign and dungeons by himself with food which helped me take him to rank 6 love him as he’s just what I needed to progress

The issue with this concept is speed tuning of UDK and Paragon. Turns MUST go back to back without a spiderling taking a turn between the 2. The unkillable must end before Paragon's next turn or else Paragon will pick another target. This is one reason you cannot use Paragon as the leader on auto. The buff ends at the end of the turn so it still exists while the turn is active. This causes Paragon to choose another target. Paragon targeting uses Leader #1, if Damaged #2, but will not use the skill on someone with unkillable already active. One concept that you can try however is to use Paragon as leader. Turn 1, Paragon gets buff. Turn 3, UDK gets buff due to being damaged. Turn 5, Turn meter control maybe with Coldheart, and/or Lich (great because of affinity, 100% meter and 30% decrease speed on the same skill, and using reflex gear. Also free due to fusion). If turn meter control is satisfied, then Paragon will then buff himself again. Turn 7 Spider should be dead by combination of Burns and Heartseeker. The issue I think is lingering poison on paragon after buff ends unless Paragon is a 6 star. I'd also consider Bolster Gear on Paragon for the heal and initial shield.

I hadnt any plans for him, but seeing this he can take me out of campaing and let me farm gear between fusions too. Dont think i can do a build with a huge different from yours, but 220 speed with acc and res checks isnt hard for the gear i have on those 2 sets, and might be able to push to 50-60k HP with some glyphs

The only thing that makes me hesitant to say yes on the solo without books is that A3 is giving him a lot of healing and damage mitigation. He might be running fast but not 5 turn CD fast. You could definitely try, and I’d be interested to know if it works. But I wouldn’t have high hopes above lvl 20 dungeons.

This is great, just an idea that I think would be fun and benefit the community. Get the big creators you/Ash/Scratch (whoever else is keen) and do a series going through all dungeons/DT Bosses of the most budget 100% team out there. Points based on time/champ rarity/Gear rarity/low champ power/lowest team power. Will force everyone to be creative in team comps and gearing. You might chuck Helicath in and take the hit to points for extra defensivness and have 4 rares. Is a 70k Leorius going to make up for the 19k Req Tender as your healer. Plus seeing the trash talk over the course of a few months would be epic.

You talking about Mordecai, drex, or tomb dreng? Tomb Dreng is built for survivability since the hp burn can’t be resisted. You wouldn’t need to go that ham on it though since UDK should take almost all the spiderling heat off of your team with his passive. If you want UDK for spider tank go high resist and survival stats.

Pairing an Immortal set with that Toxic gear for Dragon would help, even if it is lower level, and not entirely ideal. It'd add more to his self-healing

Taking a while to get through the dungeon is fine. I usually setup an auto clicker for 50 minutes, over night. That way it clicks after enough energy has been generated, and goes all night.

I like that this champ can do many things such as soloing dungeons but as an end game player, he takes way too long to clear each run compared to Urogrim/BEK. Nevertheless, will be great boost to many accounts.

I use the build as a f2p and on the 5th scorch of the dragon lvl 20 there is a chance to take my deathknight down...how does scorch scale? how can i achieve 100% successful runs?

I hope they don't end up nerfing UDK because he is a little broken. I don't think it breaks the game too much, but it sure is fun to play with him and he opens up stuff for some people that didn't previously have access to it. They may not nerf him, just like they have Helicath that opened up unkillable CB for so many people.

Kind of. If you want to run low resistance it could be good, but it won’t speed the run up much at all and you might miss the block debuff timing anyway with how fast UDK will be running.
