Vein is Lu Guang's boogeyman, he wouldn't have nightmares nor look at him that way if he could just stop his heart this easily. My take on Vein's death scene is either what the others said: this is Wang Qing's own ability hence why Cheng's mom had to get out of her body and Lu Guang's moves were just some theatrical for dramatic effects OR Lu Guang's ability is absolute control over what he holds/sees. Meaning if he holds a photo he has absolute control over everything involved with that photo which partly translates to him knowing what happens in it. However that would mean he could stop the heart of everybody he sees by "absolutely controlling" their body to the point where he can choose exactly which muscle works which is absolutely broken af so there is very little possibility of this being the truth. TLDR: Just another Link Click cliffhanger.

I can agree for the first theory but I don't think I can agree for the second one if he could have absolute control over photo he could have used it in the first episode itself to prevent from cheng dying so it doesn't make sense 😅

my working theory is that the language school was all a school for people with powers and the dude with the red hair and the purple hair (the brother) want to get rid of everyone with special abilities; they caused the fire and that’s why he eventually keeps killing lu guang and cxs for messing with his plans

And you can see that the hand of person who opened Vein's body bag was the purple haired guy so that makes me think that his power is more than just being able to hear people's heartbeat, I think he brought Vein back to life using his powers or something!

It seems like Lu Guang was stalling him in order to give time for Chengs mother to leave, causing Wang Qing to return to her body and use her own power on Vein, as you see Wang Qing's eyes glow blue and she calls him by his actual name Xiao Weiying. Lu Guangs hands seemed to be symbolic showing that he was the puppet master in that situation. However that is just my immediate thoughts, I could be wrong.
