@@jelsoncarillas6613you are probably a new viewer! MJ helped financially in rebuilding her mom’s house after the whole rooftop was blown by Typhoon Odette. In the process, mom’s house was renovated and expanded with MJ’s help. That’s why the whole family is thankful to her. MJ also funded and budgeted for Sis Michele’s house. Sis’ first house (not far from there) was totally destroyed by Typhoon Odette. MJ TOTALLY built that current house. In addition, she annexed a room and balcony in sis’ house for her Papa’s residence (Papa used to live with his mom, MJ’s grandma, not far from there). Financially, MJ was responsible for Papa’s hospitalization due to CRF and continuously support him in his dialysis’ needs. The only thing that both Mom and Sis could have done to their houses is render them and complete the paint so they would look a lot better). Heck, Mom even has a parked car in her garage. She can do it, she has a piggery business. MJ’s house needs a lot of repair. The ceiling was falling apart which Robbie now is busy fixing in-between and painting. The lower cabinet in the kitchen was unusable because there were no cabinets and tiles under (glad that Robbie fixed it). The tiles were from her original house which was destroyed by Typhoon Odette. They were defective but still usable. She has EVERY RIGHT to fix her own defective house while Robbie is around. She had planned fixing her house in her old vlogs, even before Robbie, and was saving her funds for it. She works hard producing an almost daily vlog without rest so she can fund the renovation. Mom even cried and was very thankful to MJ for all the things she has done to them. So, let us praise MJ for the tremendous charity she has done to her family.

Hi Robbie and Meljean; I enjoy watching the kitchen build videos. Great job Robbie! I'm glad that you're getting the missing panels tomorrow. Hopefully the cabinet shop will acknowledge their error on the mis- cut panels, and redo the edge banding for free. The legs on your new cabinets will let you get a vaccum or mop under there so you can keep it clean and dry. I'm sure you'll enjoy that kitchen when it's done. You'll have room store appliances, plus dry and canned goods. You two can stock up slowly and you'll have plenty to eat there in case of bad weather. You guys won't even need to leave the house during a storm, just hunker down and stay safe. Now if the Philippines just would upgrade to a power grid to support life 24/7, it would be great. That power grid is one of the big obstacles stopping my wife and I from retiring over there. My wife is sensitive to heat due to a medical issue, and with the frequent "brownouts" that's a problem, so we have to factor in a big generator to any future plans. MJ: give Robbie a back rub. When you're bent over a bench all day you get tight and probably sore, believe me. Looking forward to the next video.

Good point! Yes, termites are attracted to the glue that is used on them. MJ better have made sure the boards have been sufficiently treated with anti-termite and anti-decay preservatives. Else, she’ll be facing the same problems she had with the old cabs. 😢

There is a chance some of the boys cutting the panels might have deliberately left it oversize as a courtesy for Rob to "final trim"...... because everyone makes mistakes in measurements from time to time, the guys that did the cutting might be used to adding small amounts on for this purpose...... maybe !

Meljean you can be also a jack of all trades to by taking a Trade courses or chef classes, outdoor activities. Traveling vlogs trainer❤❤. Education helps alot. Certificates, Diploma, Degree Masters, helps with alot of knowledge.
