This is JAPAN 🇯🇵 - Tokyo's First Impressions and Hotel Tour

Welcome to my first impressions of Tokyo, Japan! In this video, I take you on a journey starting from the Senso Ji Temple area, one of the oldest temples in Japan. Located in Asakusa, this area showcases the traditional aspects of the city, including sacred rituals like sacred smoke and drinking sacred water.
Join me as I explore the traditions of the temple and share my first impressions of Tokyo. We then head to dinner where I discuss my long journey to Japan, which took almost 24 hours of travel. I also reveal that the flight only cost me $600, making it an extremely affordable trip.
The next morning, I show you the temple and its surroundings during the day, sharing the history of the temple dedicated to Kannon, the bodhisattva of compassion. The video concludes with a tour of the hotel where I am staying, explaining my decision for this location and the cost.

I highly recommend Asakusa for staying when visiting in Tokyo as the prices here are wayyyy lower than Shibuya or Shinjuku and it’s a traditional area with lots of restaurants shops and has the Senso Ji temple 🇯🇵😁
