That plate of Indian fried rice is as colorful and beautiful as that museum of colors! That room is very Japanese. Congratulations on how well you have integrated into Japan during this travel. I believe this travel will be one of the best experiences in your life! Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! 👍🥰👏

Wow very pretty art store. I love buying art supplies in Asia. The train footage plus the music was so soothing and well done. What a cool Airbnb!
@IfWeGoTo8 ай бұрын
Ahh it was gorgeous!! What art supplies do you normally like to buy?? I was shocked at how affordable the paints were! It would be cheaper to fly to Japan, stock up, and then fly home than to buy them in the US!!! Thank you for your compliments, I’m always happy to hear that other people have similar taste in more relaxing music and vibes!! 😃 The airbnb was beautiful too!

@@IfWeGoTo The paints seem to be beautiful there. Copic markers are from Japan. I’m not good at using them but they’re like watercolor markers, often used by manga artists. Asia in general has really good stationary too (at least Taiwan does). They just have a huge variety of papers and they’re so pretty. I really like buying pens there. Whether it’s micron pens or just writing pens in general. Wow that’s amazing it’s so much cheaper there! I definitely stock up on stationary and stickers when I go to Taiwan Even random general stuff like metal rulers are nicer and cheaper. It seems silly but I buy office supply stuff like paper clips and tape white out there. It’s just better quality and cheaper??

Atami used to be a popular destination for honeymooners. As people got rich, people had a wedding in Hawaii.

Hello! I love the Tokaido Shinkansen too. I like Kyoto and Osaka, so I use it a lot. How was your trip to Izu? Did you stay in an old folk house? Did you have any inconveniences? I hope it was a nice place for you. Please continue to enjoy Japan.

It's really great!! Izu was lovely too - we were very sad to leave when we did and wished we had been able to stay a bit longer! We will make a couple of videos on it soon! We did not have any inconveniences there! It was awesome.. Have you visited before?

There is an alternate way to get to the Izu Peninsula from Tokyo. The express train " Odoriko " runs all the way to Izu Peninsula without change. There are 9 trains running everyday, one of 9 trains is called "Saphir Odoriko " , which is a luxurious train.

went on shinkansen this year and idk what i was expecting but it was awesome, your ears pop and you feel the speed on slight turns. we splurged on the green car (was about $125/person) but was worth it, seats nice and big. having the weak yen helps also 😅

Alan. Give you an elevator advice. Instead going down, ride the elevator up and you will have guarantee spot to go down in peak hours. Don’t need to insist waiting for going down one. Save time.

I heard that Westerners eat hamburgers, fries, fried chicken, Coke, sandwiches, coffee, pasta, pizza, hotdog ,steak. cereal, bread, and milk for three meals a day. Is this true? Or do Americans and Europeans eat differently?
@IfWeGoTo8 ай бұрын
I don’t think that’s entirely true. I’m sure some people do, but I think it also depends on the individual, their general location, and what’s available where they live. Where we’re from (California) we had a lot of varied cuisine. When we lived in Hawaii we ate mostly Asian cuisine because that’s what was available.
