He became an overnight sensation in France and went on to have a successful career. He was known for "La voix d'un ange"- the voice of an angel. Gregory succumbed to his illness at the age of “23💔” This video is a tribute to his memory. 💔❤️‍🩹❤️ So that there in no confusion as too “WHY DIMASH” sings this song. This song is a pearl of the French songbook: It is a French-Canadian cyberpunk-rock opera called “Starmania”, written in 1976 by Michel Berger (France) and with lyrics by Luc Plamondon (Canada) and immortalized in the voices of Daniel Balavoine, Diane Dufresne and Gregory Lemarchal. The theme of the song is depression: In the 2021 version, Dimash faithfully and brilliantly presents a sentimental and melancholy interpretation! As the singing decisions follow the original structure of the song, which serves to show the psychological instability of the afflicted character: From the chest voice to the head voice and then to falsetto, the author sought to show a broad need to overcome a moment of despair and the pretense of accepting to reach a higher perspective!
