Recipe:
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
Finely chop as shown in the video
Water
Salt - 1 tsp.
Cook until done
Onion - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil for frying
Fry for 3 minutes
Minced meat - 500 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Bell pepper - 1 piece
Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
Water - 50 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Dried garlic - 1 tsp. / Paprika - 1 tsp.
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Mix well
Green onions
Arrange in layers as shown in the video.
Cheese slices - 8-10 pcs.
Eggs - 3 pcs
Milk - 125 ml
Salt - 1 tsp. / Oregano - 1 tsp.
Cheese - 150 g
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C
Recipe 2:
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Mozzarella cheese - 50 g
Milk - 50 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - 1 tsp.
Cook until done
Minced meat - 500 g
Onion - 1 piece
Eggs - 2 pcs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt/Pepper/Italian herbs/Paprika
Bake in the oven for 30-36 minutes at 180°C
Butter - 30 g
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 500 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - 1 tsp.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
