There are 5 types of Lumpia in the Philippines 1.Lumpiang Shanghai / Deeping sauce: seasoned vinegar or chili ketsup 2.Lumpiang Prito or Fried vegie lumpia / Deeping sauce: seasoned vinegar 3.Lumpiang Sariwa (Fresh Lumpia) or Non fried vegie Lumpia / Deeping sauce: Brown sugar sauce with fresh crashed garlic sprinkled with crashed peanuts. 4.Lumpiang Hubad (Naked Lumpia) It's a Vegie Lumpia fillings without wrapper / Same sauce on Fresh Lumpia. 5.
