This is my recent book haul, compiled from stops along my road trip!

So I can't resist visiting those small town book shops and op-shops when I am on a long road trip. My recent trip up the Australian East coast and back is an example. You often find unusual things and I am very happy with a couple of my finds.
As well as some excellent sci-fi that I have been looking for for a while, I came across some Penguin books - and @JulesBurt has made me re-think the way I take Penguin for granted.

...hmm.... That could really reduce your enjoyment of beaches. I don't think you would have enjoyed the livaboard either; no sand at all, but no land in any direction either...

Whenever I go on a trip I bring too many books (more than I can read) and by the time I get home I have way too many books. I need to read Inverted World, that book has been haunting me for what reason I dont know yet. Cant wait to find out. Love your Bookhauls!

The Kraken Wakes is the last major Wyndham that I haven't read I think. Lots of lovely copies!

There are some beauties aren't there? I always feel a little guilty when I have more than one copy of a book, because space is tight, but these are hard to resist. Thanks for watching and commenting :)
