Iranian throw-lat drop whip over is a low risk high reward feet to back throw. You can shoot til you win. It works even better in Freestyle rules, because opponent is at risk of being pushed out of bounds for a one point score for each time there is a step out. With opponent pushing forward (to stay on mat) the throw is easier because opponent will probably be leaning forward. Thanks for showing and coaching these advanced techniques.

Is in this channel where I've learned Rahman Amouzad's favorite takedown. Great technique breakdowns, as always!

You're 💯 about the Iranian lat drop/whip over. It's the safest throw out there. And it's easy to teach young wrestlers.

Question: you say this is low risk but when they drop to the knee and it fails couldn’t they drive into you or just re-attack because you are on your knees?
@earnyourgoldАй бұрын
Because of the threat of the move, if you at least do it halfway decent then they're putting all of their energy into defending it and aren't focus on countering

@earnyourgold well in the video you made with the Iranian kid. You said “you could spam this move”. So naturally if you attempt it a bunch the opponent will sense it right? Is this a one and done type of move or could this be a solid move you can continue to hit ?

@@Garfield-bd2ki you can attempt it multiple times in a single match 100%
