Ready to get your blood pumpin and your body movin'?? This HIIT-influenced workout will leave you breathless in all the right ways!
This is a high-intensity song that should occur at the peak intervals of your workout playlist.
MODIFICATIONS: simple modifications can be used if you're needing a lower-intensity workout. Jumping Jacks and speedbags can be modified by keeping both feel on the floor. Front kicks can be replaced with a leg lift or a knee lift. As always, make the moves meet your needs and abilities -- and challenge yourself where and when you can!

I think their refit on demand have what you're looking for (but i'm not sure, as i only use the youtube videos). If you find it hard to follow, it can maybe help to slow down the video and study the moves of just one person? I usually look at the person who stands all the way in the front :)
