After 15 Aug their where snow at rohtang pass belt so carry extra cash if you're going to stay back in camp area near chandratal lake Bec it happend to us from Manali to spitty just 100 km to complete our trip.when landslide and rain hits us the hp government where kind enough to drop us back to Manali and flight to Delhi is a long run better catch a flight at Chandigarh which will take just 7 to 8 hrs of travel .It cheap for you to go as it off season time and keep extra buffer date as it help's If so you like adventure spitty is place to be must explore place absolute suprises keep your expectations low as it helps your mind adapt in various situations. My advice for people traveling North of North kindly have a Marshall who knows well of that area who first puts his foot down in any situation which is very helpful in tight situation prefer( Route21) .Try to keep things dry as things get wet quicky than usual better carry large cover inside backpack as it helps keeping things dry and carry low as if want to cross landslide extra baggage gets thrown off as no one will help to carry your extra burdden .Have save and wonderful trip as it's cheap and less ppl to over come.

Yes bro drone is allowed. And when you buy the drone, you need to register it with the government.. That acts as the license. Whenever you want to fly the drone in specific places we need to take permit. But in case of remote places like Ladakh, people just fly the drones without permits. But you should be very careful not to fly it in military zones in ladakh.
