real one is about 6 1/4" i have both real one btw. the height difference from this KO to the real one is from where the hip connects to the lower ab where the peg is shorter. real one has a 1/4" gap between the spider symbol and the hip piece. The spiderman is the one that is too tall btw, not Venom is too short in the true 1/12 scale. 5'10" vs 6'3" which means the spiderman at 6" tall is too tall. but they still work really well together. in the original appearance venom is not a huge monster in later stuff.

In the comics and games, venom is like 6'5 and this figure and the real version are like 5'8 or something below 6inch.

I just got one three days ago, and the left hand strapped off. Not off the peg, the peg and entire hand was snapped off. I had to krazy glue one hand on permanently… the lower back bulges out, the left leg doesn’t swivel… can’t swap heads… not fun… but it’s not $80…. Suck it Mafex!

I have a question, I have the Venom KO, very much love the figure but I have the problem of loose joints, most joints I managed to tighten using nale polish, but the mid section, upper chest is still loose and nail polish doesn't seem to do the trick.
