My god, Okc is slightly being overrated and especially most overhyped team of all time. Everybody talking about them like they're already a dynasty when they're not, and time will only tell if they do become a dynasty because we've seen plenty of young talented team being dub as the next dynasty only to consistently fail and be blown up to smithereens. It's crazy to me that people talk about Okc like they're the perfect team or they have the perfect players, which they have neither. Shai is good but not great. He's a foul merchant like every other star player, and his defense is extremely overrated . He was targeted by the Mavs, and why you think PJ washington was effective vs Okc? because Shai was defending him. JWill and Chet was also a no-show, but obviously, they're not bad players but don't act like they're perfect players. They have flaws too. I Hart, Caruso are good pickups but Caruso is injury prone and is just a 3nD guard. I Hart is a solid big, but by no means he's a great big. I've seen plenty of times Hart getting cooked and weirdly is a bad defensive rebounder, but is a good offensive rebounder. And most important fact on why Okc is now a bit overrated and extremely overhyped is that they were extremely healthy last year. If other teams like Wolves, Mavericks, who has also improved stay healthy, then i wouldn't be surprised if they beat Okc in the standing because they arguably also have the same amount of talent if not slightly better talent than Okc. And that's also if Okc stays healthy again like last year

Nobody is talking about okc as if they’re a dynasty level team. You’re over exaggerated everyone else’s take on the obvious championship level roster Okc currently has. They lost to the mavericks bc of Josh Giddey & the lack of size in the center position. They addressed both of their major flaws. If Caruso stays healthy his style of play is 10x more effective than what Giddey provided. A way better on ball defender who can hit open 3’s. Giddey was a mid defender who built bricktown on the 3 point line. The cohesiveness of this years Thunder roster is one of the best I’ve seen put together. While all their players seem to be incredibly unselfish & not dramatic.

PJ Washington did good because he was making 3s at a way higher rate than his regular season play.. Normally you’d want a player shooting 3s at 30% rather than Luka or Kyrie taking shots. It had nothing to do with the defense being played on him as the gameplan was to stop Kyrie and Luka.

Trading Giddey for Caruso was absolutely idiotic and fans need to understand that this isn't the same team from last year that went 57-25 and finished 1st in the west. This trade makes them SIGNIFICANTLY worse. One of the oldest phrases out there is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." and I guess Sam Presti never heard of it because we already saw what happened when he traded Harden. Adding Hart helps fill a big void but anybody who thinks trading Giddey was a good thing is going to find out how good he really is this season.

Just watch the reply from the Bulls first preseason game. If there was a stat for standing and watching others move, Giddy had that hands down. I liked the kid but ….

Giddy will become a star in his own right but don’t down play okc they will be great , Caurso will be great. Plus Hartenstien has one of the best basketball IQs.
