At first i thought it was expensive , but bearing in mind the sausage was not how it would normally be presented , and the rest of the meal, judging by Dannys reaction , it was worth every penny , Totally out of the ballpark , the lady taking the order , how nice was she , nothing too much trouble , knew her menu inside out ! After watching this video for the first time today I thought the same. Anything beyond £10.00 is out of my league. Easier to opt for lunchtime specials whereby prices are reduced for a short period of time during the lunchtime. But I would never in a million years spend this much on fish and chips.

I often make fresh home made fish and chips, and notice that if I add whisked egg whites, (meringue in fact) to the batter, it colours very quickly. A chef from Nepal showed me this trick as he always adds meringue to his Yorkshire pudding batter, and they always looked amazing, with a great rise.
