though I had some problem with sea water It also kzbin.infoUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn

I just recently found your channel and am enjoying catching up. I really like that you show targets as you dig them up and show images of what the item looks like in excellent condition as a reference. Keep it up and I will keep watching. I would love to be invited to one of your hunts. Awesome job.

@@jaddy540 very cool. My brother has been detecting for better than 30 years and I'm going on my 3rd. He tells me stories of hunts where he tired of digging Indian Head Pennies and how Wheaties were as abundant as zinks are today lol. Whish I would have started many years ago also. I'd be looking at Pioneer pauly,Dan Hurd or a few other gold detectorist youtube post up in your province. One guy who's name escapes me right now searches from Vancouver to Kelona at lake parks, beaches and does quite well. His latest post showed him finding a massive 18k gold chain necklace. He had it checked out by a jeweler who figured it was worth $1500 scrap. He's keeping it.lol The fun is looking as long as you don't try to make a living on it.Lots of these US detectorist go on trips to England but not since the fakedemic. I'd get into prospecting if I lived where you do.Lots of guys are finding surprising amounts of gold with detectors and panning old school. One guy who's now passed on said there is plenty of gold where the old timers found it but they couldn't get it all before they got old and pass on.He was correct and some of the mines that have started to produce huge amounts of gold are from those old discoveries.Check out Victoria Gold Corp. which is located in the Yukon.vgcx.com/ They drilled a shut down old mine and 10 years later they are pouring gold as of last year.11 years projected production is 200k oz a year of au. Their first pour last year produced 120k oz of gold.

@@paulcallicoat7597 That sounds amazing, I've been going down the KZbin rabbit hole with metal detecting. My area was incorporated in 1910 where Charles M Hays brought in the railroad, but later died on the Titanic. Also had about 30,000 US troops stationed here during WW2 when the Japanese were on the Aleutian Islands off Alaska.
