Today is the first time I'm watching your videos and I'm already in love with them. Being said that, soggy snacks? Why? I feel sad when my favourite snack gets soggy by accidentally leaving a tiny opening.

@@SecondBreakfast I totally understand the craving for soggy biscuits. I like to make them soggy myself. Look, we all have weird secret indulgences. Some of mine are: Fries dipped in McDonald's Soft Swirl, Marie Gold/Parle-G with water, poori with nutella and jam and using rum in Maggi instead of water. I live alone so I get those canisters of water. Once I was out of water and had rum. I was hungry in the middle of the night and made Maggi with rum. Since then, I make it a point to make rum Maggi whenever I get rum. 😋

Unlike good Vodka and Tequila which have ethanol content ranging from 45% and above, spiced rum has less ethanol content (about 40%) so it condenses down quickly but also leaves a good sauce-like consistency behind. It's definitely drier than water. Please keep some water or your preferred beverage near you, while having it. It's delicious but makes your throat dry.

The store's name is Culinaria Vegetal. The address is Mérida 140, Roma Norte. They have "Nature's Path Organic Rice Puffs". Sure, it's not the Desi mandakki, but comes close. This little tienda is an organic and vegan-friendly food store. No, I don't live in Mexico City, but I am there a lot. I'm up in Canada.
