Jalabi only works when it is just out of Kadahai (Pan) , i.e only Hot jalabi works not cold one.

If you had made it and not bought it, it would've been the freshest thing ever eaten.. You could've made dosas when you made dosa tasting videos..doesn't matter if u like it or not, upma should be hot and in right consistency.. I'm not even mentioning about the IDLI..You people did a piss poor job of representing SI breakfast..don't do this again..Tell your Mexican friends this is not real food and apologize.. Also, apologize to the SIs for the insult..

In India our elders used to tell us not to smell what you are going to eat, and then don't eat anything bitten by others. The Indians who introduce Indian food to others please give it to them in separate plates with adequate spoon and forks. Regarding Dosa and Poori don't encourage them to bite it as one piece and ask them to take a small piece and then eat. If you have just one Dosa make it 3 or 4 pieces by hand and then give it each one of them. Similarly don't give them in only one cup and ask them to share. If you do not have vessels take them out in spoon and place it in their plate or even in hand. It is very hygienic. Similarly Don't give them Idli, Vada or Dosa without Sambhar. You can very well leave the Chutney's. Demonstrate how rice has to be mixed with Sambhar Rasam and other gravys. You are allowing them to eat it in the wrong way which will not give them the right taste and satisfaction. Please be conscious of it. Anyway thanks for your effort to introduce Indian food to your friends.

Who ever introduces South Indian Breakfast please observe some discipline. First ask them to taste Idly, Vada, Dosa in that order with Sambar only. Chutneys are additional and don't ask them to make a mixture of all these side dishes and they cannot enjoy the real distinct taste of them. Next give them all separate item in separate plate with spoons. Before start eating them tell them how to make them pieces with your right hand and eat it easily. Don't allow them to roll and grab and bite, this is highly irresponsible way of introducing Indian Food. Idly and Vada's are best when soaked - not dipped - in sambar and South Indian Hotels are known for Idli-Vada-sambar. In cold countries don't ask them to taste it first with chutney's. Please never give Dahi Vada like things first, the cold items will kill their appetite. Dahi is more suited to tropical countries. Before giving them Coffee don't give any Indian dessert that will make the coffee bitter. Soon after the breakfast Coffee or Tea is the right one and not any sweet. North Indians eat sweet in the morning itself, Southies don't do that. only after Sweet you can introduce Pakora and Bajji. Anyway I thank the Indians for introducing our food and make them taste it. Tell them not to fear about Indian food as all of them are cooked freshly and most of them are Vegans only. I am proud of the youngsters who take pain to be food ambassadors of India, God Bless you.

Mexican culture, languages and food including breads is a great blend of indigenous with European Spanish, French , etc.cuisine. From Aztec Xocolatl (Chocolate).and corn foods & chips, the Vanilla bean, Cinnamon and the Aguacate ( Avacado) named to .ake it easier for people to say " Aguacate"to the French croissants, and Mariachis ( which means Marriage between France & Mexico) before Cinco de Mayo which celebrates Mexico's independence from France to the Original Italian Cesar salad from Chef Cesar Cardini in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

I am an East Indian from NorthEast of India , Dosa is my love, though it was not a love at first bite but over time dosa has been a true beloved for me , we are made for each other. Pongal was a love at first sight and it is what I try on and off not to the extent dosa is. Upma and Idli I am yet to fall in love with though I ate them when I was in hostel as breakfast but mainly I ate them for the love of coconut chutney. Biriyani of course is a royal courtesan which everyone falls in love with but its not a made for each other thing as you can't eat it everyday. Andhra Pappu is another thing that I am in an onesided love with. I love it hot and spicy and eat it like mad but then my internal system can't tolerate the spicyness so I eat it once in a month kind.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience? How long did it take to get your bolivian visa in cusco? What documnets did you provide? How much does the visa cost? Also, can you get visa on arrival on kasani land border?
@SecondBreakfast2 жыл бұрын
Unless the visa rules have changed since (we applied in 2020) If you apply for the Bolivian visa in a Bolivian Embassy, the visa is free for Indians. We applied in Cusco. It took us a day in Cusco to get the visa; waiting time almost 5-6 hours, you have to wait outside the office till they call you in. Visa on arrival is 100$. We did not do visa on arrival as Kasani, not sure if visa on arrival is given for land border crossings. Don't really remember the documents except for the forms. Hope this helps!
