Nice , I learned this years ago Hardly ever practice it or demonstrate it anymore Because of Movies people want to see something fancy like Wudang Jian Forms or Drunken Boxing Hollywood ruins everything Lol I only practice Wushu for it aesthetic reasons For actual life and death I wouldn't use Wushu unless I had a spear or Sword and even then I'm using Wudang Sword or Shaolin Spear

The sound of the spine seems far away at this moemnt a know only kong mien a pak mee pas sifu 70 years old in Amsterdam. All pak mee pai should be captured on films its a treasure komg mien developed pak mee pai style total in 3 years doily work with the eyes of a sifu looking at him and demanding repeating of techniek until techniek was right. Pak mee pai eyes are a speciality developed by looking at hands and feet while doing the forms. When eyes are developed than nothing can escape the look of a master of the eyes. Nice to see these vids hope to see the last form good. Also all forms manny times.

Anthony Chu the WFH song can be used for any Kung fu style. Just a song about the spirit of a diligent Kung fu man. It's actually called General's Mandate.

this style comes from one student Cheung Lai Chun didn't trust he only taught the real authentic pak mei kung fu to his two sons and his last student Kwong Man Fong authentic pak mei kung fu is faster more power and explosive than this.
