There are places in Gilgit where accessibility is very difficult so they are not very known to outsiders such as Naltar Valley, Kargah Nala, Darel etc. And to be honest its a blessing in disguise for such places because places like Hunza, Astor and Sikardu are literally littered by trash by the tourists. Due to this, these places are slowly losing their beauty.
