Pochettino at some point was compared with PL greats like Pep klopp or mourinho and the main argument was that he got 2nd with spurs and reached a CL final when in reality he did great with spurs but that 2nd place was really him bottling it as leicester was champion and every big teams collapsed that season. It was tottenham title to lose and that CL campaign was terrible from a defensive point of view ( they conceded pretty much every game) and it was a complete no show in the final when it truly mattered. Even tottenham fans have stopped treating him like a god and understood he was just a good manager that helped the club with a great squad nothing more

If you look at Poch's career a good stint at Soton and a decent run with Spurs doesn't make him an elite manager especially considering how bad he was for PSG.
