This Is Real Episode 3: I'm on The Edge...

I'm on the Edge.....
It can be hard to find moments where my heart isn't crying out for some sense of relief or just a moment where I feel at ease. Even if that moment only last for like 5 minutes.
In this episode I talk about how and what I do when I feel like I'm on the edge and what that looks like.
To those who have been giving me nothing but encouraging words for me even doing something like this, Thank You from the bottom of my heart.
My only wish for an outcome from these videos is that awareness for Mental Health and Mental Illness get's taken more seriously in the Christian community and this conversation is had on a DAILY basis. Not just when a well known Leader opens up about their struggles, dies by suicide, or another newspaper headline of a celebrity dying by suicide or being checked into a mental institution.
IT'S TIME TO END THE STIGMA!!!!!!
