Hello, love your videos very informative. I was given a few bare blank rods and wanted to paint them correctly. I've seen a few videos on line but haven't found anything that I trust would be correct. Do you have any videos on painting bare blank rods or recommend a method and types of paint to use.

Hello. A short question. If you remove the old guides and you replace them with more micro guides. You don't put at the same places the new guides and what's about the marks of the painting blank where the old guides were ? Do you need to paint the rid blank again ? Because you will se quitte a lot ?! Thanks for the information. Continue your movies. I love them.

Is there any particular reason you recommend using a torch/burner over a heat gun? In all my experience needing heat for tasks the heat gun has been a much better tool. Please elaborate, thanks!!!!

Hi, great videos, but I'm not understanding how to determine the guide position

Did you grind the guide feet or did you wrap them straight from the packet. A video on grinding guide feet would be great as that is probably where most builders struggle.

This depends on the guides, i tend to grind larger guide feet more, but generally AT guides are pre ground for the most part. Thanks for watching!
