Honestly, I enjoy all the prep. It's relaxing to watch. If you don't like to watch all the prep, it's just as easy for you to fast forward as it would be for someone to rewind. Some people just don't know how to be thankful without adding some sort of snide criticism. Thank you for your video. It shows your attention to detail.

When I was a little girl and my mom was teaching me to cook and bake, we would gather all of the ingredients, lay them out, and she would demonstrate how to cut, slice, chop, shred, grate, sauté, sear, fry, etc, one (1) item.. Then she would tell me to do the rest.. It only takes one demonstration.. Really.. Just one (1) to show how each food item should be prepared.. If I could do it as a child, the people watching these can learn from one example.. If they can't, they can rewind.. If I prepped at this pace, I'd go 🤪.. I'm a mom who works so to save time you can either prepare for the veggies the night before you plan this meal so you can just cook and serve. Most of the time children and hubby are hungry and this will lessen the time of prep work. You can also buy veggies pre sliced and cheese grated along with garlic already chopped or crushed. I've done this for many years and used different ingredients as well but it's all the same in theory. If it's just adults then I get a bit more daring with spices. If it's the kids I stick to this recipe. If you use minced lamb and add some onions and mushrooms but instead of red peppers I use chopped up dried apricots and ginger and cardamon and then sear the whole thing leave it cool down and then cover it in pastry it is delicious. Beef done the same here but coat it with a brown sugar glaze, The glaze consists of sugar, season salt, onion powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, and paprika and mix together. It is out of this world. The favourite ones are the Korean Glazes, doenjang, ganjang and gochujang. Thank you for reminding me I haven't made something like this in a long time. I love what you made.
