Hi Andy,I’m sure it was a lovely meal,but for myself I just feel I must be more careful with the amount of fat I eat,no bacon,or sausages for me.Thank goodness I love vegetables,beans,fruits,carbs,but not fats,I like to remove every bit of fat,ever since I was a child.Pork belly my nightmare 😂😂

That bacon looked good, id have stuffed only that inside the chicken, and dumped all the veg in the bag along with more bacon on top like you did. It would likely take abit longer that way with more meat to cook inside though.
