cs has always been my favourite esport. Players have so much personality, the game is so intense and so much about being clutch. You often get pop-offs and surprise victories like this one, and almost all top teams give each other a run for their money and there's very few blowouts. Also the clutches look so badass.

Top teams give each other a hard time cuz the game is pretty much mastered now and all the upsets that come now are from outsmarting opponent not really innovating. The last big innovation in gameplay was in 2017/2018/2019 when astralis made the utility meta we have now. Now every item is used almost to perfection and it’s up to players to play better than the opponent

League does have the best energy and is more exciting for intense games when you know the game well, like T1 DRX or even T1 JDG from last worlds, but CS is at least easy to get into and enjoy comparatively for new people. So they both have benefits
