The audio is driver issue, download realtek HD audio driver and then download Sound blaster connect app from Microsoft store. it worked for me

I think battery life is important even on gaming laptops. Laptops are meant to be multipurpose devices. You'll be plugging in when gaming, sure, but you'll also be using it out and about at school, at work, in a coffeeshop, on the couch, etc.
