Sorry I’m so late to the party but just curious when you say you run into the front end of the Little Bass Thing, do you then come line out of that amp into the audio interface or is this sound mic’d from the amp and physical cab?

@@juiswhoiam1149 Hello, 🙋♂️ do you ask me or do you want the info from the video creator. It may happen, that he is not informed by KZbin. If he does not answer, then put your question directly to him.

It was with a mic’d bass cab. OBC 112 Orange cab

I`m guessing you can run dirty and clean DI`s out to my mixer to 2 separate channels?

yes you can

The tone was inspired by the famous Live at Leeds tone that John Entwhistle of The Who had. Great review by the way.

What is that riff ? It sounds like The Hives: Bogus Operandi, but that came out two years after this video!

What a great pedal. Pricey, but seems to be pretty versatile.
@SeanPierceJohnson4 жыл бұрын
It helps to look at it as a preamp and less as a pedal. It's like have a two preamps in one and two DI boxes in one simple box.
@eaglebauer9444 жыл бұрын
For what it does it's not pricey at all. Compared to a two amp setup, it's actually a steal.

That was an awesome video! I was thinking about selling my Scarlett interface and just use this pedal with the DI as an interface... but I'm newbie in this matter. Do you think I would lose recording quality or any other important funcionality? With my understanding a pedal with DI = interface + effects but I don't know if I'm completely right. Thank you!
@SeanPierceJohnson4 жыл бұрын
DO NOT SELL THE SCARLETT! The Bass Butler is NOT a recording interface, just a preamp with a DI output. You will still need an interface to get audio from the preamp into your DAW.

Arrrrgh. Never leave the tuner clipped during video or gig. I looks so ridiculous and ugly. Headstock tuner destroys the bass esthetics
