So not only is this new Neutrogena Healthy Skin Serum Foundation THE BEST drugstore / affordable foundation, I would venture to say it is one of my favorite foundations OF ALL TIME.

We are sisters in excitement over how amazing this foundation is!!! Thank you for this review. You look FLAWLESS at the end of the day! This is my favorite favorite FAVORITE foundation and I have tried everything from high-end to drugstore. It is sheer OR solid medium when I want it to be. It doesn't look like I have anything on either way. I can wear it alone to where it looks like I have nothing on OR I can build it and add concealer, contour, blush, etc. It covers my hyperpigmentation when I build it up. It doesn't break me out and I have super sensitive skin. I don't have to set it if I want the glow or I can powder it for a natural (but never dry) look. Many years and hundreds of different foundations later, I have found perfection!!!

Sometimes I powder it if I want it to be more long lasting 😉 my favs are the elf halo glow setting powder, Pat McGrath sublime perfection blurring under-eye setting powder, or the pressed powder from Moira is really good too 😁 but I do have dry skin
