This is the best Beef Stew I've ever tasted. The meat simply melts.
The most beautiful beef stew we've ever made. The meat melts, the vegetables are delicious and the juice is beautiful - all we need for one lunch. Definitely one of the best ways to prepare beef.
WE WILL NEED:
600 g of beef
1kg of potatoes
2 ports
1 carrot
2 peppers
1 clove of garlic
spices: salt, vegeta, red pepper, bay leaf
RECIPE:
🟢 Cut 600 g of beef into cubes
🟢 Prepare and cut vegetables: 2 diced onions, 2 diced peppers, 1 clove of garlic and grate 1 carrot
🟢 Fry the meat in the pan for 15 minutes, after which we will take it to another pan and add the vegetables to the pan and fry for 10 minutes. Return the meat to the inside and combine everything for 5 minutes. We will add a little salt to the meat while frying it.
🟢 Add 100 ml of water, add bay leaf, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Repeat the process of adding water 4 times in total. So each time 100 ml and cook for 10 minutes with a lid
🟢 After the last topping up, when the water boils, add 2 teaspoons of red pepper, 1 liter of water and 1 kg of potatoes. Cook everything together for 30 minutes
🟢 After 30 minutes, season the stew as desired. We put salt and vegeta. Be sure to try it and add more salt if necessary
🟢 Cook for another 15 minutes on low heat, or if you have time and longer, it will not hurt - on the contrary
