Watched this after randomly buying it yesterday. Randomly came across a small shop on eBay here in the UK selling it for £699.99 (open box) which seemed like an absolute steal for a 4K OLED laptop with an RTX 4070 and a decent CPU! Really liking it so far. Couple of small annoyances - I didn't expect the keyboard backlight to only be white. Also it's a bummer the display is only 60Hz. Even 90Hz would have made a big, big difference! But overall it's going to be a great buy. Playing the new Life Is Strange game in 4K and it looks stunning! Great video 😊

Good vid. The 16 weighs 1.85kg, not < 1.5kg. I have one of these, and it hands down the best laptop I've owned. They're a bargain for what they are, consistently on sale for under $2.5K.

Very nice review, when I actually started doing stuff on here in 2010-ish(I had made some other things(with special effects software) BEFORE in 2004 (try editing with an AMD Athlon 700Mhz Liessshy, using Windows XP!! And yes those videos are still on here, in their 240p(or 360p? I forget...)glory! Anyway, I digress. In fact I digress a lot hahaha)I had started using Macs for my editing and special effects, and sadly as 4K editing was becoming a thing, I actually bought a PC as well a Win10 laptop(which I am currently using to type this well thought out and most eloquent response-as writing a comment which is somewhat conversational as well understood(as I know you from following you on IG back when, and you have done nothing short of brilliance as well could be described as one of the best tech reviewers in the space. Ain't words fun? Totally standing by the whole "best tech reviewer" statement of course)and switching over to Davinci Resolver from FCP X was ok, I edit halfway decently with it. Is it a Zephyrus model? Unfortunately, I don’t work with ASUS Australia in the laptop sector, although I’d like to! I won’t be buying my own to review, so probably not. Unless we speak this into existence and they ask me to check it out haha

Terrible to travel with and with those high specs, the battery life sucks. Just my opinion though. I’d rather something like this AERO and a second monitor

I've never heard of this laptop before, until now, its absolutely gorgeous, and I too like the fact that the chraging port is on the back! I currently gave a 13" MacBook Pro, definitely wanna upgrade soon, I'm definitely gonna look into this one! And really, I'd use it just for Dubstep production 🎶

Fun fact: Gigabyte were the first ever computer company to work with me many years ago! I love their products, especially the AERO line. They are perfect for any kind of creation whilst being a fun time for gaming too!
