@@underspellJR it's really not that hard to get to lvl 50 in 3 factions, especially during gold rush and similar events

i think the main benefit of dr athena voyages is that you are far more likely to be undisturbed by other players, which is a huge draw. (and also the geysers can make killing captains really easy). as long as you are familiar with the volcanos, and/or even have a crewmate with you, it's the safest in my experience. so DR to play it safe (as long as you're ok with volcanos), and LotV to be time efficient.

I did this yesterday but didn’t put the last veil stone in because I didn’t know what would happen and I didn’t want to get stuck in a cutscene while some rando sunk us and went off with the chest of legends so we exchanged some of the treasure and when we went to put the veil stone in it wasn’t there along with two pieces of Athena’s loot. So I guess put the last stone in when you first have it.

I didn't test this but would it be possible to lower and raise the athena flag once it reaches grade 5 during the legend of the veil quest for the gold and rep and still get grade 5 at the end again?

@Sea Of Concepts By putting the stone in you get emmaicry, after you put 2 veils stones in you hit grade 5. What I did was lowered and grabbed my quest then raised it again

@@SeaOfConcepts putting 2 of the gems and taking out a skeleton sloop nets level G5 Athena. saving one of them gems at the end to try and gain extra rep when bringing it down *NOTE Turning in one of the athena items bugged our chest it was in and disappeared* So for a lost of loot.

Great video man! There’s only one problem though. There is one guaranteed keg of ancient black powder for every thieves haven runs. A skeleton will always spawn with one on the last set of 9 dig spots

That’s not always a guarantee, i’ve had many thieves haven run voyages without one spawing on the last chapter.

Veils are best if your willing to pvp, Thieves Haven are good for more casual gameplay, and Devils Roar (my favorite) allows for the most part immunity to all pvp encounters allowing me to confidently solo sloop.

But I don't know if this only happened to me and my friends maybe it was just a bug. But with that I was able to get 3 grade 5 quest from one voyage which is definitely broken.

The KEG in Athenas run is garanted, or i got it from about 15 athenas run like 19 KEGS
