After 4 years of begging, I finally had the pleasure of saying “Roll the intro” in Hsiang’s video…. Gotta say, the hype is real. My skin felt smoother. Had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in months. The pain in my right knee also started to get better. I guess what I’m trying to say is the experience was unapologetically a 9.8/10. Highly recommend y’all get in on this.

Great video! However... in my opinion you have not even rode a S22 unless you have done so with the CNC roller sliders... its a complete game changer.... try this review again after riding a fixed S22 (CNC bearing sliders). The 3d printed sliders don't compare to the CNC sliders. Kingsong is currently working on their own version of the bearing sliders too. The S22 suspension without the bearing sliders is total shit for everything except for stairs and big drops... with the CNC sliders it blows away the S18 and V11 suspension in every way and still handles the stairs and drops like a dream (I don't have a Sherman S to compare it to).
@Ticker4752 жыл бұрын
This comment…. The friction on stock sliders makes the standard suspension almost useless. With CNC bearing sliders it now actually has a suspension that is responsive that you can fine tune and I can now enjoy the wheel doing MTB tracks.

This reminds me of the early 90s when suspension on mountain bikes were brand new and every manufacturer was trying something different, some with better results then others. That was a really exciting time to be in the sport just like this is for EUCs now. I do look forward to these guys working the bugs out though and giving us a powerful, polished wheel though. This new crop of wheels really shows what will be possible once everything is dialed in. 5ish inches of plush suspension. 60ish mph top speeds, and a solidly built uncompromising chassis and electronics systems. All these wheels are great and so much better than what was out just a year or so ago but I’m also excited for the future!

The lack of rollers on the suspension sliders is a big fail but curable. Also, I would like a little louder speaker for alerts. I’m still in the noob phase on my EUC journey, but capable enough. I’ve been riding the Sherman for over 200 miles. I’ve tried the master early in my EUC journey and can’t really say much because I really couldn’t ride it to its potential and only noticed the suspension was a welcomed feature. Forward to yesterday with about 300 miles total riding. I tried my friend’s s22 and it was just easy, smooth and overall predictable. I was totally vibing with it. In short I wouldn’t mind owning an s22, but the Sherman S is very tempting. It’s just the price tag that hurts. I’m hoping though that the new Commander Pro will help bring down the price of the S. Awesome video bro.

Thanks for the review. The Sherman S sounds great. I'm confused about "fully" hydraulic comment regarding shocks. You've either got an air spring or a steel spring and then an oil damper system. There is no hydraulic spring shock that I am aware of given that the reason we use hydraulic fluids is that they are incompressible.

Love this review and the content. For a good while I was down to KS22 and Master. Then KS decided non-Chinese market can take a leap with the non-recall, recall, and I decided not to put any trust in KS. Making mistakes on a product is one thing. Not caring about a section of the market is another. Then Sherman S came out….the price is high but I don’t have to spend hundreds to bubble wrap it and another 2-300 for adequate suspension upgrade. Now…Commander Pro comes out. That 134v may tip it for me pending reviews. Keep it up!

The only thing that I don't think was factored in was the price. The Sherman S is looking to be something like $4100. You can get a S22 for around $3200 or less with the fixed motor and buy the suspension rollers. Likewise Master is around that number and you have $1k to make upgrades. Either way excellent video as always and I think you hit the concerns/strengths/rideability of each very well (considering that most of us plebs haven't ridden the sherman S we'll have to take your word for it). Probably the only EUC channel that I don't skip ahead on this type of stuff.

As a Master owner, you're not wrong about there being no battery. I've never run it dry but even with the 50E range packs, 2,400 Wh is too small. Example: (I left my doorstep at 100%) By the end of a 3.3 mile ride to the YMCA (where the speed limit is 40 mph) my battery was at 49% due to battery sag. After allowing it rest, it rose to 93%. No big wheel should have that drastic of a depletion. I don't live in a city where I can go fast then slow. I need speed so I don't get run over by a truck on these country back roads. I love pure speed regardless of how it feels, but I'd be lying if I told you I didn't think the wheel would shut off at any moment. No beeps but hearing EUC World tell you you're losing 10% per minute is terrifying when there are no shoulders, traffic is behind you, and you still have a 1.5 miles to go. Personal thoughts: I'm still hopeful for the future. By 2026 we should have a 100 mph EUC. 2020 - 35 MPH 2021 - 45 MPH 2022 - 55-65 MPH 》2023 - 65-75 MPH +10 MPH each year

When the wheel isn't level and is tilting like that it makes the ride very awkward and no matter what I've done with the balancing calibration or hard resets nothing seems to fix it. I could never, I had one serious crash, I didn’t know if it was over 90% not to do any aggressive braking, when I crashed, I burnt the controller, broke my full face helmet, and I was only doing 10-13 mph, dress for the slide not the ride.
