Hello - I been trying to research another issue: maybe you can help. My bas so far - Workshop> 4-way Junction > On one side junction i got > Airlock > T Junction and then Lining Room Pod and Bathroom. My Workshop has 02 and water but as soon as you go through the airlock the corridors and pod have no Air they do get the water? I cant figure out why they don't get oxygen - like to sleep without helmet for realism and cant now that i am in the base lol

Hmm are your Wells connected to a power outlet ie batteries during the night? That might be your issue

@@Fortizar Yes plenty of water and power took me a while to realize there are two power need vales a night and day and the night was 2 low but i fixed that also added a co2 scrubber to workshop but still no 02 past the first airlock past workshop. iwill try figure out how to add pics to the comment to show you... i don't have as many airlock yet trying to save power i have no been lucky getting the unlock for med solar lol got rover i cant use yet on 2nd building i checked lol

Yeah the medium solar panels are a massive help.

@@Fortizar NVM on the 02 I took helmet off and there's oxygen. it just does not show it in the lower left visor view when you past a inner airlock. must be a minor bug never noticed that it did not display lol

you can just click on the "demand" number to instantly change the numbers instead of clicking the arrows under "supply"

Ah it's not available on harder modes at the start? At least it's not hard to actually unlock.

I'm just starting out so I assumed I had to use the incubator first for plants, then transport them to shelves. I didn't know I could just use the shelf and skip the incubator. It seems to be much faster to use it though so I'll keep doing it. Haven't made it to the greenhouse yet though so this video was definitely helpful. Thanks!

by my understanding the trees are used to get the mass fertilizer? hope I understood that correctly. Also on the bathroom you don't need to sit. Just push the circle button and it fills the bucket. I have an idea I am going to try with the special adapter hub. build that adapter and build 3 bathrooms on it. might be worth it if you can't keep up a tree seed supply. I see this is 10 months old so I doubt the creator will see this, but perhaps someone else will see this comment.

Also, I learned this trick by the Connection for water - 02 - and methane change based on what you connect to them they don't have to stay there default. Example in the Pump I had mu water line and i accidently clicked on the o2 in port and it changed to blue. so on the pumps you have 3 water going in or any combination 1 water and 2 o2 or all o2 and so on... total game changer for me

Hi gayinthornton. How do you use the pump? I dont get it.i set up 2 wells thinking i could direct both into a pump and have the combined water go to one point. The water i was generating with 1 well was not enough for 2 incubators and 4 hydroponic shelves. But the pump is like 1 water in and 1 out. Or as you say 2 water in and 2 out. But the workshop only has one input pipe for water. What to do?

Hi there is a flaw in the game that allows you to increase the nutrition of your food packs to full strength first you grow 20 potato plants until you get the plants to 100% which gives you a yield crop of potatoes. STEP 2 go to the seed machine and convert 20 potatoes into seeds to replace the seeds you already used. STEP 3 go to the food processer and convert your potatoes into food packs only fill 1 slot in the food processor so to give you maximum food packs...,example 20 potatoes will give you 20 food packs of lowest nutrition do this with all your potatoes you have. result you got total amount of food packs of lowest nutrition now how to increase the food packs to the highest nutrition simple save your game at this point then exit game and reload the game when you done this your food packs will of auto converted themselves to the highest nutrition making a bit more easy to survive on mars.

I've never seen any other type of seed than potato and beets. where do you get tomato, pepper and trees etc.?

its great tutorial but you missed out the domes. Mine is connected from greenhouse with an X adapter + 90 degree angle and doesnt take the soil and fertilizer

There is a workshop seed incubator for starting seeds prior to putting them on the shelf.

Yeah I know but that process I don't really think is necessary at the start of the game that's why I included the green house one. Maybe I should have included it but like I said, I'll keep it in mind when it comes to updating this video 👍

@@Fortizarwhile you dont have to use the incubator its highly recommended as you yield more crops at the end vs just puting the seeds into the shelves. also, if you do the incubator to shelf to plot to dome for crops that have 4 levels then you also yield more, things with 3 only need incubator to shelf to plot and 2 is just incubator to shelf. it also grows WAY quicker too if you do the proper levels

Not long just kept upgrading the seeds after they grew and put the seeds straight back in to grow maybe 4hours or so.

Are the Rover Oxygen Extensions in game, i can't find tech that u need and i don't see them in printer to print. Rover has power for days now but only o2 for 2 days

Love these tutorials. Quick question. I just made a food processor and a seed machine, and not sure how either one work. Any tips are appreciated.

when you plant seeds of the same kind, let's say potatoes once you pick them after they have reached fully grown state. You put the potatoes in to the seed machine (make sure to split the stack so there is two equal stacks in the seed machine and then you can upgrade the seeds to plant and they will grow faster and produce more seeds.

There is a trashcan on both, the workshop and HQ buildings, equip the canister on one hand and drop it inside, they dissapear ... a shame it can't be recicled on the crusher tho

YES - I would call it a guide. watching the videos and guides has been helpful. The game has a bit of a learning curve and some of the stuff you got to figure out a bit. Even in Early Stages I got 30 hours in no bugs but i am having trouble figuring out how to fly the helicopter dron .. lol researching that now when i read your post. Its a good game if you like in depth survivals with some realism.
