You know, he's going to be awesome along with other modpacks to really keep you on your toes. The fact that he can break into houses makes other monsters more dangerous by proxy. The stealth bar thing is also really sick, and probably terrifying to see it appear suddenly.

Might be kinda cool if you make one long-term world specifically for rotating the favorite horror mods, while setting building procedures/rules that ultimately effects how the base looks and feels. I think an underground base would fit well, especially if you ban yourself from placing torches and from having visible or jarring (like carpets above torches would be illegal) lighting-sources inside/around your base (so like, Jack-o Lanterns beneath leaves would be legal), so your whole base would be creeper-proof while also having eerie moody lighting which procedurally manifests by proxy of the personal gameplay rules. Idk, I first heard about that "rules" idea from Etho, and, I'm mostly thinking about how terrifying Etho's mancave ( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• ) would be using those mods, check it out in spectator mode to see what I mean.
