Of all time?? How can you not have Jonah Lomu Wesley Cillege who was so devastating at no 8 for NZSS and School boy 7s for Wesley..won the TOP Four in 93 as Captain. No other player has been so dominating at School Boy level. First year out of Wesley shined at Hong Kong Sevens against Fiji's Serevi who was a Master..Jonah made Fiji look like kids.

To be clear, I am not a Saffa: you only need to look at highlights of the recent Easter tournaments in SA to get a sense of the difference in skill levels and physicality.
