This might actually be a really useful video but I gotta say the title is very misleading. As a new player I watched it to learn a way to make quick silver but I didn't learn anything other than a build to run away fast. This video is addressed to people who already know what mists and wisps and whatnot are but for a beginner player this doesn't make much sense. Where is that area in the map? Is this an event that happens on a timer? Do I somehow transfer this favor currency into silver somehow?

@@epinex7219 No idea but Ik the content from it, basically you buy 4.1 Mage Cowl, Mercenary Jacket, Soldier Boots, Spear and Torch (food and potion vary but in the video he bought t4 poison and roast pork) and a horse. The abilities are: Cowl 3-1, Merc 3-1, Boots 2-2, Spear 1-1-1-2 and then you just go to the blackzone (city portal recommended) pop an invis altar and enter a zone, then just search for a dungeon, enter and wait 90s (to ensure not getting ganked since dungeons close upon entry after that time) and go ham. The build totals about 50k and less so you don't lose anything compared to what you gain, game knowledge and economy wise

The first turbulent wisp I found was an Epic. I was like "what the heck is this?" I just kind of ran around with it until I noticed a gate on the minimap. Yeah, I still don't really know what they do. I should look that up.

Just stumbled on this video and see the comments. Why do people hate ratting in the mist? It's a sandbox game, ratting is the part of the game. I got ratted once and hated it, so I avoid bz mists content to not get ratted anymore. Played all zones and tbh yz is a perfect fit for me who only enjoy the game in calmness and only do rz bz contents with group. Yz refining, fishing, and crafting made me able to buy a mammoth which is pretty much the end game for me personally. Got a lot of friends playing in rz and bz called me a pussy because i wasted my time in yz, now look who got the first mammoth in the group lol. They always ranting about getting ratted or get ganked while bringing home their loots, while i'm just chilling waiting people to buy my stuff in the market.

I think bl is better for this cause it has 3 mobility with its q w e and you should maybe use plat or leather boots i think cause miner boots cd is too long and they will catch up before you can even put the wisp 😢.

Hey! Maybe this is something I can try to get the conqueror's challenge with. I am still not going in full loot zones. Is the undead cape something I can do without? It seems like you didn't use it much. That would definitely save money. Is that a tier3 transport ox? Do I need high spec or not important? Also I have not any experience on the mist. Where is the profit coming from in your case? The loot and resources you get around? From the favors? From the rewards you get from the Challenge? Thanks and sorry if these are silly questions.

Wisps give you favor, and you go to the merchant in the conqueror's hall to exchange it into syphoned energy. Then you sell that😄

I don't understand why promoting mists ratting. When experienced players are already starved for content as it is, having new players coming in stealing away the one thing that people use as incentive to fight for it's not healthy for the content. Not every content added to the game it's meant for new players. Lands awakened improved pve for new players, Faction Warfare improved factions for new players, why mists have to be new player oriented as well ??? Stealing Wisps is not as rewarding as portrayed in the video: there is a lot of down time in between turbulents; going inside a mist does not necessarily mean you'll find it in that zone (you have to be in the right zone at the right time, they spawn at random) and trust me when I say this, You're gonna die a lot. Why ? it's very simple. Rat gets the wisp and starts running. All you have to do is stay close to them force them to use all their cooldowns, once they use their boots. Mount up and chase them = they have no cdrs AND with 150sec cooldown on boots.....

This comment was not meant to be offensive or derogatory, I truly believe there are better ways for new players to earn money. Ratting doesn't make you improve at the game which is what truly allows you to build a strong economy in albion. What's the point of ratting and get rich (you don't) for then dying to someone who is less geared, but more experienced than you ?

Let me be straightforward. In this game, we are all ratting. We are all taking advantage of game mechanics to get the edge in battle. Wether by having higher ip, being eith a group, having more hp or whatever. This is albion, a game in which we all take advantage of eachother's weakness. So please, let's not act as if we're the most honorable knights never getting into an unfair fight because the game is just not like that... and whatever you do in this game you take advantage of someone or something to get the edge.. it's not you, it's not me, it's the nature of the game. Don't get me wrong, but if you honestly have a problem with what i've showcased in this video.. then why do you ever wear equipment higher than t4? Honestly, might seem like i'm exagerating, but think about it. If you honestly don't like the unfairness of this game, then why don't you always wear t4 so that way you never (or almost never) have more ip than the people you're fighting.? If you see a knocked 8 3 dude, wouldn't you execute him? And if you would, then why do you complain about this video? Again brother, i truly appreciate you... honestly. But let's not forget the game we're playing: a game all about politics and unfair fights that we ALL engage with. Truth be told, we're all rats. Some just fight more than others

@@Mogdone Ratting and unfairness are not synonyms.... Ratting meaning Running and Tacking involves taking the loot without involving yourself in risk, which is unfair. But having an unfair play-style doesn't necessarily resolve in ratting. Is running T8.3 vs T8 in cds unfair ? Absolutely. Does that make the 8.3 player a rat ? NO At the end of the day you have your views and I've got mine. If you think taking content away from mist players (when there is already little to no content to begin with) is right, go for it. But don't use ratting as a general term to define unfairness

Wanna hear the truth? It's a conspiracy. I am working with S.B.I on a secret project (don't tell anybody) called project RAT. Radical Anihilation of Tools (tools being new players) i am making this video to get players to rat so then sbi can ban them for being rats. I'm on your side.. rats suck, i would never take advantage of game mechanics to gain the upper hand in a fight. I always run 4.1 to make sure i don't out ip anybody, qs that would be unfair. If i see an 8 3 person knocked i don't execute them (cuz it's unfair for them) And i never chase my oponent in a cd when they reset. I just let them reset. I am what you call in albion:.... Do you realise behavior like this ruins the game for everyone ? This is the lowest form of ratting, basically stealing the loot/rewards while the people who are risking real gear are fighting for it. How the hell would you promote that and tell the newbies to do that ? So instead of exploring the game and becoming good at PVP overtime, just go rat stuff in the mists!! If lucky you will probably make 250k per hour and end up stopping doing it due to extreme boredom.

@@Mogdone Lol wtf is this answer. First it is a no for me because I only do duo mist dismounted 100% of the time. But for solo and others, all the thing you describe is not totally ratting as you need a real gear, you are engaging in fights (even if you dismount when he is low HP) and you are risking something. Even if there is a lot of ratting behavior, it is the natural outcome of open world pvp. What is the real plague is exactly what you promoted in this video. 4.1 great hammer minor boots who ONLY play the mist to steal the loot with 0 risk and providing 0 content to the game. I don't even know why SBI allows the minor boots in the mists. So toxic for the game. And yet you are promoting this in a serious way.
