I was lucky enough to get connected with Brigham the founder of Ways 2 Well a few weeks back and he invited me out to do stem cells. The first thing I realized is I knew nothing about them, the amount of potential applications is off the charts. I had them give me an IV of purified amniotic fluid as well as Wharton's jelly directly into my neck. I've already seen a noticeable improvement which is ridiculous because it's only been a few weeks.
If there is something you're interested in let me know, I'm up for flying anywhere just to try some new cutting-edge procedure.

Stem cells were used to reconstruct my neck on the right side when I was 6 years old. Long story short, a dog bit me and ripped out my juggler vein, they branched it from an small section of artery in my leg to help stimulate the cells. If they did not do this type of surgery / treatment, I would have died in days from bacteria built up in my blood stream and the fact I missing a juggler vein.

I received both stem cell and PRP to both knees. A course of 4 treatments over a year. Two stem cell and two PRP. There has been a significant improvement in cartilage growth and a reduction of pain in both knees. The amounts of stem cells used varies depending on the severity of the condition. @Kenji yes of course. I'm a recovering drug addict as stated above. I had been in and out of the gym for 4 or 5 years with minimal results 28% body fat. My wife and I separated. She left with the kids. I was down and out. I started to hit the gym steady. I was doing what I knew, basic lifts. 3 x 10, 4 x 10. Not really pushing myself. I finally gave in and bought the Full Gym Program and week 1 day 1 changed me. I finally had a truly intense workout. I did every lift to the best of my ability. Even if I had to use tiny dumbells or put 0 weight on the hack squat. I stuck to it, no matter how painful it was. I also got promoted at work (doing concrete) but that just meant I had to work harder. I worked my fucking ass off every day too while eating good. I was in a significant calorie deficit. I wouldn't say I gained much muscle but I got fucking shredded quick. Within 4 months I could see abs. I did the full gym program a couple times and then the Full Gym 2.0 came out the day before I ended my 2nd go around with the first. I started 2.0 immediately following. I did both of them twice within that 4 months and have since never strayed from a Ryan Humiston program. I'm 40 years old on TRT and in the best shape of my life. I get compliments all the time. I'm sore alot but it's always worth it.

hi, just found your channel, i had two complete tears and one partial tear in the supraspinatus in my right shoulder, 61 years old thought that surgery was my only option, went with the prp shot and i am amazed at how well its worked, i am now back to the gym and working out again, taking it slow to avoid injury but regained full range of motion, only had one shot. the mussel was still attached to the humorous and the tears ran longitudinally with the mussel. the cost for me for the treatment including mri co pays and the shot itself was 1105. out of pocket health insurance covered the office visit and normal bs but claimed the shot to be experimental and wont cover it, neither would workers comp, who after finding out i was going with this treatment over surgery denied my claim of a work injury. ya they are assholes. but its been the best decision i could have made. thanks for sharing your knowledge and insight and keep on putting out videos,

Stem cells have been the future for thirty years, but the USA sadly squandered our research ability for decades. I am interested in this, and if you continue to "bro science" episodes, Ryan, I will watch and learn. Fitness has vastly improved by bro science, so its not a pejorative. If these are "research chemicals" to help me grow my animals and treat their nerve damage, heal wounds, live longer...well my animals and me would benefit by the dialogue.

Ryan, Thanks for sharing your story. I have a lot of personal experiences with that particular issue with either myself or a family member. I am quite "busted up" from my 26 years of service in the Army. (Worth it) I've been training (power lifting, bodybuilding for a bit, or just FN getting it!) for over 30 years. But I'm hitting 50 next month and it's hard to walk upright and straight for at least a few hrs in the mornings now. The gym is only light weight volume training. Keeps size without potentially injuring myself or agitating prior injuries. I've never been injured in the gym, its work that landed me 13 surgeries, 14 broken bones and several torn ligaments and tendons. I'm fucked. But I keep pushing forward. I would love to know where you had the procedure done at in Austin. I'm in 1000% I watched Matt Hughes, Chuck Liddel, Ronnie Coleman's success stories. I've been saving up for it to to south America and get it done. I would really appreciate it if you could send me a location. 🙏 Thanks brother! Love your content! I push your content to my sons. As a former heroin addict myself I have to be brutally honest here. I understand the hope and possibilities that run through your mind, Ryan, but I have to be the bearer of bad news and remind you of the variable you're overlooking. The addict's mind. Stem cells probably wouldn't be a very effective treatment for an addict in the end. This all sounds quite expensive, and the one thing addicts don't have is money. We have a tendency to spend the little we make on our drug of choice- including alcohol. Alcohol is a drug too. But my primary doubt above all others is I know the addict's mind. I know how we think. Unfortunately, we're so screwed up that we look at any sort of detox or renewal process as our opportunities to reset our internal chemistry just enough to feel the high again. I can promise you an addict would see this process as his chance to finally feel that original rush again if they did this procedure. The one thing I've learned in all my years of dealing with this shit is there's nothing no one else can do for us. If you're an addict, you have to hit rock bottom multiple times and then slide between the cracks of the rocks before you even begin to consider you have a legitimate problem. It's not good. Unfortunately, the human mind is capable of extremely creative ways to destroy itself.

Ryan, you’re an awesome dude brother! Thanks for sharing that. You just took yourself from a KZbin personality to a real guy that has the baggage we all carry. Plus, now I know why I’ve been so taken by your videos. Broken people surround themselves…great stuff.

Anabolic steroids and human growth hormone are baggage? Yeah, I guess if you're Sylvester Stallone trying to smuggle your baggage through an Australian airport.

Can't wait for an affordable general stem cell treatment, where you take a shot and everything about you that's not right starts to fix itself. Eventually we'll figure out how to make it do that. Maybe even legitimate rejuvenation could be possible. But how can stem cells add an inch or two to my dick? Now that's the question everybody's wanting the answer to.

Mr Humiston, I love your channel. You are a no bull shit, facts only type of guy. You show people the truth regardless if it's PC, popular or not. The truth is the truth and sometimes it hurts. You're a man of strong morals and values, thank you for spreading your knowledge and truth. Looking forward to your next video.

Thanks for the raw reality. We do surround ourselves with other damages people. Lost my mom to cancer but she was a lifelong alcoholic, biological father wasn’t around but he was an addict as well. K followed their footsteps, buried everyone I know due to overdoses, and have been clean since 2010. Now at 42 I look younger than I did at 32. Couldn’t build muscle successfully until I found your videos 🤷‍♂️ thanks brotha!

lost my dad to alcohol when I was 8, and here we (me, my brother, and my mom) are, almost 30 years after... my mom is a 22 year army vet. retired Lt. Col. and within the last year has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and recently now degenerative disc disorder... the strongest person in the world to me brought down because of a stupid fkn disease. Watching your video gives me hope, WVU Med, and Pittsburgh doctors haven't been able to solve this, and living in todays world trying to get services for anything medical is... much harder than before... thank you for the insight and post. God Bless

Thanks for sharing that, Ryan. As a child of an alcoholic father who died from Korsakov's disease, I. too, want to be the best version of myself and not become what nature/nurture says I should be. Again, thanks for this. Please keep it up! Your content is amazing.
