Adler is such a trip, he is so much fun to watch. Makes me wish my grandsons, and great grandsons were young again lol. I was "driving" at 2 and my dad taught all his grandchildren to drive. When I was 14 he had a heart attack and I drove him to the hospital in time for them to help him. You go right ahead and teach that little man and his big brother everything you can you never know when god will put them in the right spot at the right time. I was in just that spot today and thankfully there is a 14 year old girl in the hospital with her parents and she's alive!

I grew up on a farm and the hardest lesson, I had to learn was at the supper table, after not seeing Betty ( our cow) for a few days. I asked, "where's Betty?" My dad casually replied, "on your plate." It was like he hit me with a bat and I went into, hysterics at 12. So, I learned never ever name your stock animals. Clearly, there are pets and food. Just a little lesson from an old farm girl, lol!
@juliann19843 жыл бұрын
My dad did the same exact thing to me, at the same age too. I was so upset. Took about a month for me to eat meat at home again. I grew up and learned that I was fine, if I knew that I was raising them as food from the begining. 🤷♀️ We treat all our animals with the same love and respect, we just don't name the ones we're raising to process.

Quite interesting looking back at older videos, and seeing how much the pigs and steers have grown during 2021. Han was so small then. Also the huge changes in accommodations of the various animal, goats, pig areas and rearranged placement of the pigs. Extensive changes to chicken coops. Even Smokey has grown and fur so much more even and recently thicker for coming winter.
